Women’s World Championship

54 women from 15 different nations will make up the field for the upcoming Women’s World Championship Snooker in Bangkok from 20th-23rd June.

Incredibly it’s more than double the amount of entries from last year years tournament showing an amazing growth in the womens game. 

Ng On Yee will be defending her title aswell as going in as World Number 1. It’s the strongest field to ever compete for the womens title with 11 times World Champion Reanne Evans and 12 times European Champion Wendy Jans competing. It’s sure to be an amazing event and with the continued increase in quality and quantity it’s surely only a matter of years away before we see a female player competing on the main pro tour.
