Judd Trump put in one of the most impressive dispays in a world final for many years as he powered to an 18-9 victory and crowned himself champion of the world.
Judd fired in a record 7 centuries on route to victory and has now joined the illustrious list of player’s who have won the triple crown (World, UK and Master’s).
The final was very one sided after the first session which ended 4-4 and with an over night lead of 12-5 Judd knew in his mind that he just wanted to share the next session and he’d nearly have the final won and at 16-9 it was all about him keeping his cool and the job was done.
Judd showed no signs of wobbling over the line as he fired in breaks of 104,94 and 62 to clinch victory and become the new world champion.
