Day Four of Round 1 we see another 12 players looking to compete today to enable them to have an opportunity to go onto Round 2.
Players are competing in the best of 19 frames .
At the top of the centuries leader board in joint place with their 139 score are Mark Allen & Kyren Wilsons .
During this mornings matches we saw Jack Lisowski who was 5-4 ahead of Ali Carter at the start of play . With a nail-biting performance we saw Lisowski win 10-9 over Carter which gives Lisowski the opportunity to proceed to Round 2.
We then saw this afternoon match continue with Ding Junhui who was 5-4 over Stuart Bingham . Within a matter of a few hours they were 9 all which had everyone on the edge of their seats , then everything changed in the final frame with Bingham’s 10-9 win over Junhui which ensured his place in Round 2.
Also this evening we also saw at the start of play Mark Allen compete against Lyu Haotian , which saw Allen 7-2 frames over Haotian at the start of the evenings matches . We then saw Allen play with exceptional skill to secure the next 3 frames straight with his 10-2 win over Haotian and then ensure his place in Round 2.
